A true ode to refinement, this 600 m² residence, designed by the talented designer Baptiste Bohu, subtly combines traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics. Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the villa offers three elegant suites, each with a private bathroom, dressing room, air conditioning, and an intimate terrace. In addition, there are spacious common areas: a living room with oriental influences, a welcoming dining room, a semi-professional kitchen, a library, and a space dedicated to meditation, yoga, and wellness. The private spa, with its hammam, massage room, and fully equipped gym, invites ultimate relaxation. For families, a double sofa bed in the living room and an extra bed in one of the bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The heart of the house is organized around a bright central patio paved with bejmat in shades of green and white. Outside, the lush garden exudes the scent of jasmine and orange trees, providing a sensory and soothing setting. The heated swimming pool (12 x 3 m), adorned with black and white zelliges, becomes the epicenter of relaxing moments, while the shaded pergola welcomes al fresco dining in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Villa Caldo offers attentive hotel service, provided by a butler and a cook/maid on-site. Breakfast is included and, for added peace of mind, an "à la carte" option is available for other meals: lunch from 300 MAD, dinner from 400 MAD, with discounts for children.
