Villa Quito is a separate villa for the entire Villa Premium team. First of all, its history cannot leave us indifferent since this house was the first villa built in the Palmeraie in 1968. Designed and imagined by the famous architect Jacqueline Floissac, it has seen his close friends such as Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé parade. as well as many artists. It reflects all the spirit and atmosphere of that time, a mixture of carefree and frivolousness for artists in search of inspiration. The villa therefore bears the name of Jacqueline's son who grew up in this house and to whom we pay tribute for having known him intimately. Now transformed into a guest house, this villa enchants us with its volumes, its terraces, the layout of the rooms and the nobility of the materials. A soul emerges from this villa, it is undeniable.
