Located on the front line of the Montgomerie golf course, in the heart of Marrakech, Villa Prestigia is like a real cozy nest enjoying very tasteful comfort and decoration. Its bright and very spacious living room opens directly onto the garden and the swimming pool. Sofas, deckchairs and a garden table decorate a nicely wooded garden with a breathtaking view. Enjoying absolute calm, this charming villa offers three bedrooms upstairs and three bathrooms including a more spacious masterbedroom equipped with a flat screen TV. You will find all the necessary equipment for a stay with family or friends. The big advantage of this villa lies in its location since the Golf Montgomerie is only 5 minutes from the Medina, the district of Gueliz and the Hivernage where you can find the trendy places of the ocher city. Therefore, small taxis (3 seats) can get there for the modest sum of € 2 per trip during the day and € 4 in the evening. I recommend without hesitation this villa which has excellent value for money located in the city center!
