The terrain presents an exceptional view of the snow-capped peaks of the Atlas and the mountains of the Jebilates range. The city center, the famous Jamaa El Fna square, the main tourist spots as well as the lively districts of Marrakech remain easily accessible after a journey of around 20 minutes by car. The Villa is located on a plot of 1 hectare. It combines all the characteristics of an exceptional villa in a minimalist architectural setting.
