Nestled facing the Atlas Mountains, Villa Bruna displays all its charms on its 5000 m² plot and 900 m² of living space for only 4 bedrooms, which makes it an extremely spacious villa. Its wooded and green garden is pampered by Hakim the gardener who has been working in the villa for 12 years. The outdoor living spaces are cozy and the perspective of the garden is splendid. The 2 pools which face the villa are heated by solar mats and allow a temperature 3 degrees higher than with conventional heat pump heating. The many lounges on the ground floor are very comfortable and also very modern. The optical fiber guarantees a very high speed which is appreciable in particular for families with greedy children in Internet. The suites are very bright and spacious, with their dressing room and their bathroom offering a bathtub. Breakfasts are included and the permanent staff will be able to meet all your requirements with great availability as they benefit from staff rooms on the estate.
